Ephemerald Creative Arts's app, Acacia,  does not collect any data from your phone other than basic crash information.

Acacia requests access to your device's camera strictly in order to provide the Director's View Finder functionality.  It does not take pictures, nor does it save or transmit video or stills in any form.
